Artlook.com shall use their best endeavours to ensure that the web site is always available but provides no guarantees that the availability of the web site, either for viewing or for the submission of data items for inclusion, will be uninterrupted or that the speed of searches within the web site shall not be subject to fluctuation due to demands on the service.

The content of the site is defined by the database to which search queries are submitted. The opportunity to include items within the database is available exclusively to users of Artlook Software who may, at their discretion, choose to include all or some of their inventory on the web site together with links their own web site where appropriate. The addition, editing and removal of items so included is entirely managed and under the control of the individual user.

Responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of information included within the Artlook.com database rests entirely with the individual contributing user.

Attaching, and clearly visible, to each item within the database are the contact details for the owner or seller of the individual item. Such contact details are supplied and maintained by the individual owner or seller and as such no responsibility will be accepted by Artlook.com for any issues arising from such information being wrong or inaccurate.

In addition Artlook.com reserves the right, at their absolute discretion, to refuse to accept submissions from individual users if it is felt that such submissions are not in keeping with the aims of the site or if the individual dealer/gallery/artist is in breach of these terms and conditions.

Artlook.com reserves the right to make changes to the design and technology of the site through the addition of features and services at any time without notice and without liability to any user. Such changes may include, but will not be limited to, the look and feel of the site, the search engine technologies, the generic headings under which individual items are grouped.
